Delivery Policy

We typically send orders in 10–15 working days, but this can vary based on the time of year and the workload or sales. When you confirm a purchase with us and place the order, we send you an email with an order confirmation and information about the day and time your order will be shipped.

Once you’re done placing your order, it can be easily tracked with the same email that our customer support will send to your email through our system. If you’re inquiring about your order, don’t forget to include the order number or the email address used during checkout in your message. This will let you know the expected time of delivery, in case there is any delay.

Conditions for Product Sales

For processing orders, we store information about customers. Customer financial information is checked by a third party; we do not use or store it.

Once you have placed the order, the item leaves the warehouse, or the manufacturing process is started. After that, the product is delivered to the customer’s address. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfill a customer’s order if the product is not in stock, the description is incorrect, or the customer is acting rudely.
