Top Celeb Style offers an easy return policy 2025. Online orders for our standard stock come with a 30-day exchange period from the date of delivery.
We only accept jacket returns that are unworn, undamaged, and with all of the tags still attached. If you prefer returning any article, don’t remove the tag. The refund and exchange policy will be void if the tags are removed or altered.
(For customized size of your jackets, we charge additional charges on returning, which is displayed on the garment information page from which the order will have been placed).
You will be able to tell instantly if the size is not appropriate and whether it is what you are looking for once you receive your jacket order and have had a chance to try it on. In order to better manage our warehouse stock and offer our clients higher-quality jackets at more affordable prices, we are eager to identify all returns as quickly as possible.
We ask customers to let us know as soon as possible if they need a different size or style because these clothing items are particularly expensive to produce. This enables us to manage stock levels.
Free Returns
On request, free return labels for USA return points can be made available for jacket. We will also assist in sizing verification before delivery to provide you further peace of mind in case you need a different size.
Offer only valid for brand-new purchases made by customers who completely filled out the sizing questionnaire supplied to them after completing an online order, which allowed us to perform a rapid and thorough sizing check. If you lose the dispatch note, you can contact us by phone or email to get the warehouse returns address for your product.
Our customer support team is always available to assist you with any returns. Don't send your return shipments to any address other than what we provide you. You will receive a dispatch notice that will include the actual warehouse returns address and return instructions. You can mail us with your order number or your name and address if you misplaced your shipment notice with the return instructions, and we will confirm the return address and details. You can also call us whenever you want to ask for this information.
